The Corporation of Norfolk County is seeking expressions of interest from potential providers of alternative technologies (i.e., other than landfill) for the management of residual waste generated within the County.

Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) packages may be obtained, at no charge from the following office during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday:

REOI packages to be submitted to the Supervisor, Waste Management/designate Public Works & Environmental Services Department, located in Norfolk County at the Delhi Administration Building, 183 Main Street of Delhi, Delhi, Ontario N4B 2M3 before 2:00:00 p.m. The REOI packages will be opened shortly after bid closing on the same day as the bid closes.

Those submitting are welcome to attend the public opening.
