This Request for Quotation is for the supply of all labour, materials and equipment necessary for the Oil-Grit Separator Cleaning at various locations within the Regional Municipality of York.

All of the Regional Municipality of York’s advertisements for Tenders, RFP’s, RFQ’s and RFI’s may be viewed on the Region’s Bids and Tender website at http://bids.york.ca. RFQ documents are available for download from the Region’s Bids and Tenders Website at http://bids.york.ca , on or after 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 19, 2012. There is no charge for the documents.

All expenses involved with the preparation and submission of bids to the Region, or any work performed in connection therewith shall be borne by the Bidder. The Region shall not make any payments for any Bids received, or for any other effort required of, or made by, the Bidders with respect to their preparation and submission of Bids.

All Company information (name, address, phone, fax and email address) must be included in the Bids and Tenders Registration system before a set of documents will be released. Bidders are advised that, unless otherwise permitted by the Region’s Purchasing By-law, no bid shall be accepted from, nor shall any contract be awarded to, any Bidder with whom the Region is engaged in unresolved litigation.
