Tenders, sealed in the envelope provided which shall be clearly marked as to contents, will be received by the Customer and Legislative Services Department, 2^nd floor, 100 John West Way, Aurora until 12:00:00 noon (local time):

Work under this Tender includes: the supply and delivery of one (1) 2012 (or latest model) four wheel drive sidewalk tractor and attachments and all other work as described in the bid documents.

Bid documents may be obtained at NO CHARGE between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm from the Financial Services Department, Main Floor Reception, 100 John West Way, Aurora, Ontario L4G 6J1. The Corporation of the Town of Aurora reserves the right to:    

             1.  accept or  reject any or all Tenders,  or

             2.  award to other than the lowest bidder.
