Email: citypurchasing@coquitlam.ca | | Details: | CITY OF COQUITLAM Request for Information and Qualifications RFI No. 12-06-01 CONSULTING SERVICES for TRANSPORTATION & TRANSIT INTEGRATION PLAN at BURQUITLAM LRT STATION Electronic submissions will be received by email at: citypurchasing@coquitlam.ca On or before 2:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, July 26, 2012 ("Closing date and time") The City of Coquitlam ("City") is issuing a Qualifications Based Selection ("QBS") process to select a professional qualified experienced consulting firm to provide consulting services (the "Services") to develop the Burquitlam Station Area Transportation and Transit Integration Concept Plan for the City of Coquitlam and TransLink . The City of Coquitlam and TransLink wish to retain a consultant team to deliver a multi- modal transportation and transit plan, which integrates transit operations into the Burquitlam Neighbourhood Plan and identifies a preferred street network to guide future development and the integration of the long-term Burquitlam transit facilities within the Study Area. The Project Study Area is bounded by North Road, Como Lake Avenue, Cottonwood Avenue and Dogwood Street. The Study Area includes the locations for the Burquitlam Evergreen Line Station and the proposed Burquitlam bus exchange facility. The City invites experienced professional qualified engineering and planning consulting firms to provide a brief summary as to why your firm would be well suited for this project. The RFI document is available for downloading from the City of Coquitlam website: www.coquitlam.ca/city-hall/bid-opportunities All inquiries are to be submitted in writing and sent to email: citypurchasing@coquitlam.ca referencing the RFI name and number within 3 business days of the closing date. The City at its sole discretion will determine which inquiries require a response which will be provided to all interested parties by issue of written addenda and posted on the City's website. Interested parties are required to check the City's website before the closing date and time for any updated information and addenda issued at: http://www.coquitlam.ca/BidOpportunities The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions or cancel this RFIQ at any time. The City, at their sole discretion, reserves the right to accept submissions that are received after the Closing Date and Time but is under no obligation to evaluate.
