| Details: | This tender is for Infoblox one year maintenance and support renewal and the purchase of additional Infoblox products and maintenance on an as required basis, in accordance with the attached Tender Form. Contract Term: This Tender is for an Outline Agreement for the period of July 2012 to July 31, 2013 with the option to extend for five (5) additional one year option terms at the sole discretion of the City. |
