| Other Information: | The work in brief includes the renovation of 1,500sm of office space, which includes: construction of a built-up floor area, a raised floor system, flooring, walls, and ceiling. Also includes the demolition and construction of showers, washrooms, lounge, and a fitness center. To increase day-lighting existing windows and existing curtain-wall are to be modified. The project is designed and is to be built as a LEED CI project with the intent to achieve LEED Silver. General contractors must submit their quotation as specified in "Instructions to Bidders", accompanied by a 10% Bid Bond or Certified Cheque. A Performance Bond, Labour and Materials Payment Bond and Insurance as specified in the General Contract Conditions will be required from the successful bidder.
