Sub trades and suppliers are invited to tender the new 71,000ft2 elementary school to be constructed in Kitchener ON. Included but not limited to is: Earthwork, concrete work, structural steel, metal deck, miscellaneous metals, aluminum & glass, waterproofing, insulation, applied fire proofing, metal siding, roofing, caulking and firestopping, metal stud, drywall and ACT, flooring, sports flooring, painting and coatings, visual display boards, washroom accessories, gym equipment and partitions, miscellaneous specialties, elevator, mechanical, fire suppression and electrical.

Some trades prequalified. Plans, specification and addendum can be downloaded from TRP's ftp site. See attachement for instructions. Extensive seperate, itemized and unit prices. Comnstruction from June 2012 - July 2013.
