Bid Documents

York will only consider Proposal submissions received from Proponents who have registered with Biddingo or MERX and have obtained the Bid Document directly from Biddingo (www.biddingo.com) or MERX (www.MERX.com) for this competitive bid.  Proposal submissions from Proponents who have not registered and obtained this Bid Document directly from Biddingo or MERX will be disqualified.

Objective

The York faculties of FSE, LAPS and Health, seek a qualified, experienced, professional contractor or firm for Facilitation of Foreign Partnerships – India.  The Proponent should have a comprehensive understanding of facilitating foreign partnerships and experience working with post secondary institutions to provide expertise on international opportunities. The Proponent should have an established network in India and connections with top ranking Universities in Canada, India and other international Universities.

Deliverables

As part of the Facilitation of Foreign Partnerships – India, the Proponent shall deliver, but not be limited to, the following services;

·    Continue and further develop the current international relations in India;

·    Develop recommendations including activities that should be pursued and/or initiated by York to further continue having meaningful partnerships in India;

·     Indentify the resources and actions required by the Faculties to engage appropriate stakeholders in India including government officials, post secondary institutions, research organizations and high schools;

·     Participate in follow-up meetings on behalf of York faculties;

·     Liaise with international networks to build future opportunities; and

·     Provide advice on content of communication and written documents.
