Objective

York is seeking a qualified, experienced firm to create, administer and analyze an Employee Engagement Survey.

Goals

  The Better Workplace Initiative goals in measuring employee engagement are to

·        Identify the work environment factors that strongly influence employee engagement;

·        Use results to help focus efforts on areas that will have the greatest impact on employee engagement for follow-up and action planning;

·        Build accountability throughout the organization for follow-up;

·        Benchmark York with other top employers; and
