Proponent Information Meeting/Site Visit
York has scheduled a Mandatory Proponent information meeting for Friday July 20, 2012 at 1:00 pm, to be held at the Central Utilities Building on the Keele Campus, 169 Albany Rd Toronto, Ontario. The meeting will include an overview of this Bid Document as well as an opportunity for Proponents to ask questions. Proponents attending this information session will be required to wear CSA approved hard hat and foot protection.
York will only consider Proposal submissions received from Proponents who have registered with Biddingo or MERX and have obtained the Bid Document directly from Biddingo (www.biddingo.com) or MERX (www.MERX.com) for this competitive bid. Proposal submissions from Proponents who have not registered and obtained this Bid Document directly from Biddingo or MERX will be disqualified.
York University intends to select a qualified service provider to schedule and coordinate the repair and recertification of low and high pressure safety relief valves at the Keele Utility Plant and Glendon Utility Plant, and campus buildings. Services will include steam, hot water and compressed air. Proponents are invited to submit a response to this RFP for the provision of all labour and materials to complete these repairs and recertification.
