Operations (CSBO), is inviting established Bidders to provide yearly inspection
and certification of roof anchor systems for buildings on Keele Campus located
at 4700 Keele Street, Toronto and Glendon Campus located at 2275 Bayview
Avenue, Toronto.
York will only consider bid submissions received from
Bidders who have registered with Biddingo or MERX and have obtained the Bid
Document directly from Biddingo (www.biddingo.com)
or MERX (www.MERX.com) for this competitive
bid. Bid submissions from Bidders who
have not registered and obtained this Bid Document directly from Biddingo or
MERX will be disqualified.
The failure of any Bidder to receive or examine any
document, form, addendum, agreement, etc., issued by York, or to visit any
site(s) to become familiar with existing conditions, shall not relieve the
Bidder of any obligation with respect to its Bid or any executed Agreement.
