 Proponent Information Meeting/Site Visit

York has scheduled a Mandatory Proponent information meeting for Friday July 20, 2012 at 10:00 am, to be held at the Central Utilities Building on the Keele Campus, 169 Albany Rd Toronto, Ontario. The meeting will include an overview of this Bid Document as well as an opportunity for Proponents to ask questions.  

York willonly consider Proposal submissions received from Proponents who haveregistered with Biddingo or MERX and have obtained the Bid Documentdirectly from Biddingo (www.biddingo.com) or MERX (www.MERX.com) for this competitive bid. Proposalsubmissions from Proponents who have not registered and obtained thisBid Document directly from Biddingo or MERX will be disqualified.

Scope of Services

Yorkin its sole discretion may select one (1) or more qualified serviceprovider to execute low and high pressure welding on pressure vesselsand piping for the Keele and Glendon campus. This includes weldingcompressed air lines, chilled water, condensate, high pressure steam,and stainless steel pressure vessels.
