Sealed tenders, plainly marked as to the contents, will be received at the office of the Consultant on or before Tuesday, May 29th, 2012 at 3:00 pm. for the above project.
A mandatory site meeting is scheduled for Wednesday May 23rd @ 2:30 pm on site.
Tender plans and specifications will be available to the Contractors at the Consultants Office upon receipt of a $50.00, deposit per tender package, refundable if returned in good condition within 30 days of tender closing.

A Security Deposit in the form of a certified cheque or Bid Bond in the amount of 10% and an agreement to bond is required. A 50% labour & Material and 50% Performance Bond shall accompany sealed tender bids. A certified cheque for 50% of contract value is required if bonding is not supplied.
The Board reserves the right to reject any part, or all tenders. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
