Trade Contractors are invited to submit a Statement of Qualification to Tender this project. Trade Contractors must submit a CCDC-11-1996(R2006) Contractors Qualification Statement as well as any additional references. Qualification Statements will be received for the following trades:
Precast Hollow Core Slabs, Masonry, Roofing, Frames & Doors, Glass & Glazing, Finish Hardware, Drywall, Flooring, Painting, Sprinklers, Mechanical, Electrical
Description of the work:
§ 90,000sf new construction
§ Four stories, 128 bed facility
§ Precast concrete slabs at each level
§ Masonry and drywall partitions
§ LEED Silver construction
All interested parties are required to submit the following information which will be used in the evaluation and prequalification of bidders:
1. Scope of work your firm is interested in
2. Completed CCDC11-1996(R2006) Contractor’s Qualification Statement
3. Declaration of ability to bond
