Supply and Delivery of six (6) 2012 - 2013 Model SUV four door (4DR) all Wheel Drive (ADW) for the Transportation and Community Planning Department of the Regional Municipality of York

Tuesday, April 17, 2011 1:00 p.m.

 

The Region is inviting bids from qualified firms to provide services as stated in the above heading.

 

There is no charge for the Request for Tender (RFT) documents.  The RFT documents may be obtained from the Supplies and Services Branch, 1st floor, of the Administration Building located at 17250 Yonge Street in the Town of Newmarket on or after 11:00 am on Monday, April 2, 2011 or it may be downloaded from the Region’s Bids and Tenders web site at http://bids.york.ca.

All Bidders must log into their account and register for the RFT before they can download the bid documents.  There is no cost to set up an account in the Region’s Bids and Tenders System.  All Addenda will be issued on the Bids & Tenders website.

Bidders are advised that, unless otherwise permitted by the Region’s Purchasing By-Law, no bid shall be accepted from, nor shall any contract be awarded to, any Bidder with whom the Region is engaged in unresolved litigation.

Tenders will be opened publicly at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 17, 2012, 2011 in Committee Room “A”, located on the main floor, next to the Council Chambers.

 

Sealed Tenders, clearly marked with the Tender Number, Description of the Project, and the Legal Company Name of the Bidder will be received by the Regional Clerk at the address below.  Late bids will NOT be accepted.
