The Regional Municipality of York (the “Region”) is inviting proposals from qualified Proponents to provide a commercial off-the-shelf Electronic Agenda Management Solution.
The RFP documents are available for download from the Region’s Bids and Tenders website at http://bids.york.ca. There is a twenty-one dollar fee ($21.00) for this document. The RFP will be available on or after Tuesday, July 10, 2012.
Proponents are invited to attend a Teleconference on July 24, 2012 from 2:00pm to 3:30pm.

All bidders must register in the Bids and Tenders system before they can download the bid document.
Bidders are advised that, unless otherwise permitted by the Region’s Purchasing By-law, no bid shall be accepted from, nor shall any contract be awarded to, any Bidder with whom the Region is engaged in unresolved litigation.
