12P261 Prequalification for Mechanical Contractors for all YRDSB locations                              

This Request for Pre-Qualification process is intended to solicit responses from Mechanical Contractors interested in projects within any location of the York Region District School Board (YRDSB) who are interested in the following categories:

• Renovations and alterations
• New build (Elementary and Secondary Schools)  

The successful Applicants will be entering into a pre-qualification term of a minimum of three years, with a fourth year and fifth (final) year term that can be exercised at the option of the Board.

The following is a list of critical dates for the information of the Proponents:

Issue Date:                            Wednesday May 9, 2012

Deadline for Questions:                 Friday June 1, 2012 4:00 p.m. local time

Closing Date/Time:              Thursday June 7, 2012, 4:00:00 p.m. local time

Commencement of Contract:         September 1, 2012, approximately

SEALED Applications, clearly marked with the Prequalification number must be delivered in accordance with the following:
