RFP #12R382 – Human Resources Consulting Services on Job Evaluation System

 

Summary:

York Region District School Board (‘the Board”) is seeking Proposals from  Human Resources Consulting Firms (“the Firm”) to validate the appropriateness of the Board recommended changes to five of the twelve sub factor weightings in its non union job evaluation tool, and upon approval by the Board, to modify both the existing non union job evaluation tool and the position description questionnaire ensuring the gender neutrality of the revised job evaluation tool in accordance with the Pay Equity Act.

 

The following is a list of critical dates for the information of the Proponents:

 

Release Date:                           July 26, 2012

Deadline for Questions:             August 3, 2012 4:00:00 p.m. local time

Closing Date/Time:                    August 14, 2012 4:00:00 p.m. local time

Commencement of Contract:     August, 2012
