The City of Hamilton encourages vendors to complete the free online vendor registration form. Vendors registered with the City of Hamilton will receive email notifications of new current bid opportunities for their registered commodities.

Contracts and other solicitation documents issued by the City of Hamilton Procurement Section (excluding Public Works) will be advertised and available for electronic download only from biddingo.com/hamilton.
The City is not liable for the accuracy of information obtained through any other source.
Vendor's who have registered at biddingo.com/hamilton are fully responsible for keeping their information up to date in the Biddingo database.
All reasonable efforts to inform registered vendors of relevant bid opportunities shall be made, but neither Biddingo nor the City of Hamilton shall be liable for any failure to do so.
Effective January 1, 2012, the City of Hamilton's bid document fees will be increased as shown in the table below.
