The Region is inviting Tenders from qualified Bidders to provide goods and services with respect to the Work described below:  

Provide approximately 70 new Panasonic Toughbook CF-19 Model #CF19ADUAXDM Dual Mode (digitizer/touchscreen) tablet computers (NO SUBSTITUTE) with the following specifications:2.5GHz, 4GB RAM, 320 GB Hard disk drive  

The tender documents are available for download from the Region’s Bids & Tenders website at http://bids.york.ca for a non-refundable fee of Forty-one Dollars ($41.00) including H.S.T. All Bidders must log into their account and register for the RFP before they can download the bid documents. There is no cost to set up an account in the Region’s Bids and Tenders System.  

Bidders that elect to pick up the documents from York Region’s Supplies & Services Branch at 17250 Yonge Street, Newmarket, Ontario will be required to register in the Bids & Tenders system at the Supplies & Services counter. There is a non-refundable fee of Sixty-four Dollars ($64.00) including H.S.T. for each set purchased.  

The tender documents will be available on or after May 30, 2012 at 11:00 am. All Addenda will be issued on the Bids & Tenders website. Tenders will be opened publicly at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 19, 2012 in Committee Room “A”, located on the main floor, next to the Council Chambers. 

Sealed Tenders, clearly marked with the Tender Number, Description of the Project, and the Legal Company Name of the Bidder will be received by the Regional Clerk at the address below.  

Late bids will NOT be accepted.
