The LCBO is seeking to outsource its Security Operations and PCI Compliance

Management to a Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP). The outsourcing will include:

3.0.1 Fortinet Firewalls;

3.0.2 Juniper Firewalls;

3.0.3 Motorola (Air Defense) Wireless Intrusion Prevention Systems (WIPS)

3.0.4 Tripwire File Integrity Monitoring ("FIM"); and

3.0.5 QRadar Security Information and Event Management ("SIEM").

Because of the nature of the products and the associated services, the RFP is being presented as two parts:

a) Operational Security, which includes the Fortinet and Juniper Firewalls; and

b) PCI Compliance Management, which includes the Tripwire, Motorola and QRadar products.

The LCBO is seeking a single Respondent, and a single point of contact, to provide all the services required within this RFP. The LCBO understands that there may be no single provider that can meet all the requirements of this RFP, and hence will allow Respondents the flexibility to form consortia or prime-sub contractor arrangements, with the stipulation that a Response must be submitted by one Respondent only and that the LCBO will only enter into a contract with, and work with, the primary Respondent as the single contact point.
