The Town of Ajax is soliciting Bids from qualified Contractors with fall protection training certification to maintain the existing and enhance the establishment of plant material on two irrigated, green roofs on LEEDS certified facilities located in Ajax.

The Works include green roof maintenance requirements during the Fall of 2012 and the Spring of 2013 with provisions for additional maintenance requirements through the Summer/Fall of 2013.

Mandatory Site Visit: Bid submissions will be considered from only those Bidders who have attended and signed in at the mandatory site meeting
Place: Starting @ Fire Head Quarters, 900 Salem Road North, then proceeding to Operations Centre, 800 Salem Road North.
Date: Monday, September 10, 2012 Time: 1:00 PM
