Terms and Conditions

I (the Customer) fully understand that Biddingo.com will provide the Biddingo.com Internet Tendering service to me, and I agree as follows:

1. I agree to pay monthly or annual subscription fees, and any other applicable charges that Biddingo.com provides me when due and payable. I understand that if there are price changes I will be given thirty (30) days notice.
2. I am responsible for all associated communication (ie. Internet Access) charges and individual business line charges in addition to any charges that may be levied by individual tendering agencies for electronic access to the tender documents and drawings.
3. I understand that I will receive my own unique USER ID AND PASSWORD for access to www.Biddingo.com from one workstation. I agree not to disclose this code to any third party. I cannot transfer this agreement and the service provided to me to anybody else unless Biddingo.com agrees in advance and in writing. Biddingo reserves the right to limit trial access.
4. I fully understand that Biddingo.com cannot guarantee uninterrupted working of the service for reasons beyond control and that Biddingo.com will make reasonable efforts to restore the service as soon as possible. As a result, Biddingo.com is not in any way liable to me or others, either directly or consequentially as a result of such an interruption.
5. I understand that Biddingo.com assumes no responsibility or liability for the accuracy, availability, completeness or timeliness of any of the information that is available through the service.
6. I understand that this is the entire agreement between us and Biddingo.com does not make any other representations or guarantees regarding this service.
7. There is a minimum twelve (12) month commitment for subscriptions paid on a monthly basis. Should your recurring subscription payment be declined, the full amount for all remaining months of your 12-month agreement will immediately become due. e.g. If you have paid 3 months of your 12 month subscription, and the 4^th monthly payment is declined, then the remaining 8 monthly subscription payments, in addition to the current month, are immediately due in full. To avoid declined credit card payments, please notify us as soon as possible should your credit card billing information change. Declined credit card payments will result in a $25.00 administration fee.
8. There is an administration charge of $100.00 for cancellation of a subscription. No cancellations after seven (7) days.
9. Other charges:
• returned cheque charge $25.00
• overdue accounts 2% monthly
• each additional user $50.00 + GST per year.
• There is a $100 re-activation fee for subscribers who wish to re-activate their account once it has lapsed.
10. Violation of any of these terms and conditions may result in the immediate cancellation of your subscription or trial with Biddingo.com.
