The Ontario Realty Corporation ("ORC") invites General Contractors to pre-qualify province wide, for delivery of its construction program for Government of Ontario owned and leased buildings through ORC or its project management service provider(s).
This invitation is an opportunity for General Contractors to be placed onto this current Source List and give General Contractors previously selected for this Source List the option of being considered for Services for which they did not apply or for which they were not selected as a result of previous opportunities.
Please note a new cost threshold has been introduced for smaller dollar value projects valued up to two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000.00). Respondents applying for consideration in this cost threshold must submit verification from a surety of the ability to attain bonding for projects valued up to $200,000.00 (50% Performance and 50% Labour & Material), alternatively, Respondents can submit a Dun & Bradstreet report or an Equifax credit report in place of bonding. Full details are provided within the RFQ document.
General contractors will identify geographic regions or zones, project type and project cost thresholds for which they are qualified to perform the services as identified in the RFQ for consideration.
Please note that a subscription to Biddingo.com is required. The Biddingo.com subscription rate is $250 per year. If your company already has a subscription, the registered user on the account can access the RFQ.

Qualified Architectural Consultants / Interior Design Consultants

The Ontario Realty Corporation (ORC) invites architectural consultants and interior design consultants, to pre-qualify province wide, for delivery of its construction program for Government of Ontario owned and leased buildings through ORC or its project management service provider.
This invitation is an opportunity for Architects and Interior Designers to be placed onto ORCs current Source List and give Architects/Interior Designers previously selected for this Source List the option of being considered for Services for which they did not apply or for which they were not selected as a result of previous submissions.
Vendors on the current Source List do not need to provide a new submission, unless they are applying for Services for which they did not apply or for which they were not selected as a result of previous opportunities.
Architectural and/or interior design consultants will identify relevant streams of interest, geographic region or zones of interest, project type and project cost thresholds for which they are qualified to perform the services as identified in the RFQ.
Please note that a subscription to Biddingo.com is required. The Biddingo.com subscription rate is $250 per year. If your company already has a subscription, the registered user on the account can access the RFQ.

This invitation is an opportunity for Engineering Consultants to be placed onto this current Source List and give Engineering Consultants previously selected for this Source List the option of being considered for Services for which they did not apply, or for which they were not selected as a result of previous submissions.
Engineering Consultants will identify geographic regions or zones, project type and project cost thresholds for which they are qualified to perform the services as identified in the RFQ.
