Prequalified General Contractors are invited to bid on the Addition and Renovations to an existing 3 storey former high school and adjacent 1 storey clinic into new Municipal Offices, Medical Clinic and Library for the Township of South Dundas.

Existing building area 2101.8 sq. m., new 3 storey addition with elevator 278 sq.m.

Mandatory site meeting for General Contractors Wednesday June 27th at 10:30 am, sub trades may also attend.
